For Parents: In-person and virtual workshops with a focus on providing strategies for parents to create a calmer, more joyful home environment. Topics include: mindfulness and de-escalation strategies for children, understanding and addressing trauma and chronic stress in children and addressing the impact of technology and social media on children.
